Application

There is no fee to join TCLHCA.

The only requirement is that you be an employee of or independent contractor working for a Life, Health or Accident Insurance or Reinsurance Company, Health Maintenance Organization, Health and Hospital Service Organization or Third Party Administrator whose duties pertain to claim work shall be eligible for regular membership in this Association.
